Gel gun aka hydro/water gel blaster is battery powered discharger that fires gel projectiles. Gel balls are made from 99% of water, they will break on impact and leaves no mess once evaporated. All gel guns are toys, always play safely wearing safety goggles.
How does gel work?
The main stream models uses either 7mm or 9mm gels. Some models come with pre-soaked gels which are ready for use. The dry gels needs to be soaked before use. Usually gel takes 4-6 hours to grow to full size, ensure sufficient water is also added. Undersized gels will have issues feeding.
How to maintain battery life?
Ensure to charge your LiPo batteries correctly, do not charge while battery is inside the gel blaster. Always charge from wall plug charger USB port, do not use USB sources from computers or laptops.
Are gel guns legal?
Gel guns are regarded as toys, however restrictions do apply in NSW/VIC at this point of writing. If unsure, please consult with your local state law enforcers.
